Guillaume Marriage and Family Counseling of California, P.C., doing business as Guillaume Counseling, is seeking California-licensed LMFTs, LCSWs, and LPCCs to join our outpatient behavioral health practice.
This is a part-time, W-2 hybrid position providing in-person services at our Sacramento office and telehealth services throughout California. We primarily serve clients using commercial insurance and Medi-Cal.
We are seeking clinicians who provide culturally specific care to diverse communities, including bilingual Spanish-speaking clinicians. Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults is important, along with an interest in working with couples and families.
Compensation:
- Culturally Specific: $55–$75 per billable hour.
- Bilingual Spanish: $60–$80 per billable hour.
- Placement within the applicable pay range is based on years of licensure.
- Clinicians at Tier 4 (27–34 billable hours per week) receive an additional $5 per billable hour.

Caseload & Growth:
All clinicians begin at Tier 1 and may move to higher workload tiers as their caseload grows:
- Tier 1: Up to 12 weekly work hours | minimum 8 billable hours.
- Tier 2: Up to 22 weekly work hours | minimum 15 billable hours.
- Tier 3: Up to 31 weekly work hours | minimum 24 billable hours | health care benefits.
- Tier 4: Up to 40 weekly work hours | 27–34 billable hours | health care benefits + additional $5 per billable hour.
We guarantee the opportunity to build to at least 10 clients within the first 90 days, provided required availability is maintained and appropriate client referrals are accepted.
Clinicians interested in increasing their caseload may have the opportunity to reach full-time status within approximately 9–12 months, depending on client demand, clinician availability, and caseload growth. Full-time status and a specific timeline are not guaranteed.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults.
- Provide couples therapy when appropriate.
- Complete assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
- Provide culturally specific services to clients from diverse communities.
- Coordinate care with other providers and community resources as needed.
- Provide both in-person and telehealth services.
- Maintain timely documentation in accordance with commercial insurance, Medi-Cal, and organizational requirements.
Qualifications:
- Current, active California LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults.
- Experience or interest in working with couples and families.
- Experience, training, lived experience, or strong interest in providing culturally specific services to diverse and historically underserved communities.
- Bilingual Spanish-speaking clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to serve commercial insurance and Medi-Cal clients.
- Ability to meet insurance and Medi-Cal documentation requirements.
- Ability to provide regular in-person availability at our Sacramento office.
Scheduling & Support
Clinicians have flexibility in establishing their schedules within the requirements of their workload tier and the needs of the clients they serve.
Our administrative team supports client access, scheduling of initial appointments, billing, credentialing, and other operational processes. Clinicians manage ongoing appointments directly with their clients.
Many clients receive weekly therapy; however, clinicians should also be able to adjust treatment frequency based on clinical need, including providing additional, less frequent, or as-needed sessions when appropriate.
